 Returns.

  Due to the fact that according to the legislation of many countries, especially the countries of the former USSR, used goods, as well as underwear, jewelry, personal care items are NOT RETURNABLE, I cannot write that there is a return of goods.

 But we guarantee a refund if you have not received the goods you bought from us or if the goods were destroyed during delivery. In this case, you need to create a corresponding confirmation act. You can do this at the time of receipt at the post office, or contact the courier service to have them draw up this act and send it to us. Once we receive your act, we will send it to the relevant company for confirmation.
